How long?: How long is a long time?  Days?  Weeks?  Assuming it's days I would say it could be strep throat (which commonly causes nausea, headache etc), though there are certainly other possibilities.  Dehydration also commonly occurs which could cause the dizziness and weakness.  Drink LOTS of water, gargle warm salt water, try ibuprofen and see your doctor.

History: Start with a good history. For example do you drink alcohol or smoke? Any recent illnesses?  Do you snore when sleeping?  Start with a good history. Then you need your exam. If nothing is obvious here perhaps some bloid work to look for infectious process then perhaps scoping. Go back to doctor

Pregnancy?: Ovulation and pregnancy could cause your symptoms, as could an infection.  It would be a little early for the pregnancy symptoms to appear, but possible.  See your OBGyn.

Dose change: Any change of dose needs medical supervision. Tapering should be done slowly so you have no symptoms or very mild/transient at worst. Write down when you last took the 30 mg pill and when symptoms began. You can taper by 5 mg increments if nec. Talk to prescribing doctor without delay for guidance. I hope this helps.

Weak: Did you recently check TSH? Sometimes uncorrected hypothyroidism cause similar symptoms. What time do you take Eltroxin? It needs empty stomach. May be its better to see a doctor.

: Testing positive for strep can occur at the same time you are carrying a new virus/URI issue. Antibiotics may help with the strep but wouldn't alter the progression of a URI. Having both can give overlapping and amplified symptoms.
