No: Although early morning and sometimes later in day nausea may be associated with pregnancy the other manifestations suggest you have a viral illness.

Yes: The fever may be incidental, you could be getting i'll or feel feverish because of nausea.  Headaches are not uncommon.  If you are not sleeping well, have a history of insomnia or depression, consider Mirtazapine at 15 mg before bed.  It works like zofran, helps sleep and mood and appears safe; otherwise use unisom, tylenol (acetaminophen) and zantac 150 mg per day until u see your doc.  Good luck.

i tested negative on pregnancy test but now i feel different i have no appetite and i get head ache and if i do eat i get sick shortly after.

Pregnancy?: If you are sexually active and having these symptoms, you may need a blood pregnancy test (quant B-hcg) to confirm that you are or not pregnant.

Pregnancy: None of the symptoms described by you are specific. Those are fairly common complaints seen in a lot of pregnant women especially in early pregnancy. I would have you consult your doc to discuss those with him as he is more intimately familiar with your pregnancy than any of us.

Can do preg. test: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Breast tenderness: Pregnancy causes the body to significantly change. One of the changes involve the increase in size of the breasts due to the hormonal change. Most women will feel that their breasts have increased in size during the pregnancy, only to return to its original size a few months after. The increase in size often manifests as soreness or tenderness.

Pregnancy ?'s: If the pain in your shoulder, neck and jaw is related to exertion, and/or you have a positive family history or prior heart disease personally, ask your OB physician for a referral to a cardiologist.  Pregnancy can contribute to cardiac conditions which may not be evident in the non-pregnant state.

can a jaw/head injury hurt during second trimester of pregnancy? my nephew bumped his head into my jaw pretty hard, felt like it shook my head a bit. have a small headache but otherwise feel okay.

Trauma: Sounds like you will be ok. But I think you are asking about your unborn child. S/he is protected in a sea of amniotic fluid and should not ber harmed by this occurence.

See dentist: May be related to pregnancy. Likely an inflammation to the tissues over the wisdom tooth - pericoronitis. Your dentist will prescribe antibiotics which will settle it down.
