Have a dental check: There are many causes for sore gums, cheek and jaw.  I would give them 1 week to heal from the smokeless tobacco.  If it does not fully go away, schedule and appointment with your dentist.

i had 2 molars pulled friday 1 on the top in the very back and 1 on the bottom very back. my jaw is still very sore also my gums is this normal?

Contact dentist: Two teeth were extracted recently, healing is needed.  Did your dentist prescribe antibiotics if needed and pain medication?

Possibly: Leukoplakia is just a term that means white patch. It is important to have a diagnosis of the leukoplakia to rule out any serious pathology. Depending on the extent of the condition a biopsy will usually give a proper diagnosis and once that happens it would be easier to say whether or not the sore spots are being caused by the condition.

Wisdom teeth: Pericoronitis or inflammation of the gum tissue surrounding a tooth tends to occur in the wisdom teeth area (the first and last tooth of the arch).  Pericoronitis tends to hurt and traumatized as occlusion with the opposing arch will further bruising the gum tissue.  Extract your wisdom teeth.

See dentist: Have you seen a dentist recently?   Sore throbbing gums can be from an infection, periodontal disease.  A dental exam is needed to determine exactly what is going on and the best treatment.  Call asap.

Infected tooth: or an abcessed tooth. Take otc nsaid and also apply otc oragel to the gum after gargling with and antiseptic oral solution. In the mean time call your dentist.
