See your doctor: Cervicalgia, is basically a pain in the neck. Most of the time, cervicalgia may be due to a muscle strain or ligament sprain. The headaches and general stiffness in the neck, are symptoms of classic cervicalgia. If your discomfort does not go away with rest, NSAIDs OTC, and moist heat packs, you need to see a doctor.

Neck strain: There are blood vessels and nerves running through the muscles of your neck and head up to the  top. any type of strain on these muscles will affect and irritate these  nerves causing a headache. Rest will  help it as well as Ibuprofen taken accordding to directions and with food in your stomach.

A myofascial pain is defined as a localized deep tenderness in a taut band of skeletal muscle, tendon or ligament that has the ability to refer pain to another region known as a zone of reference (i.e., area of pain complaint). Migrainous: You have migranous symptoms, but clearly you also have sinus inflammation.  Really depends on how frequent your headaches are ... Whether you can use only abortive therapy or preventative therapy.  Best to check with your doctor.

Yes: Try to figure out what foods or ingredients that may be causing this and either remove them from your diet or simply taking a zyrtec or Claritin (loratadine) may help out.

last time i flyed i felt very sharp unbearable pain in my ear. 3 months later i still feel my ears popping all the time for no reason. should i check?

Eustachian tube dysf: Try to pop your ears regularly. If you can not pop them, see your doctor. They can write for Flonase that can reduce the inflammation in the back of the nose where the tubes open up. Good luck.
