No: Causes of breast pain can include cysts, prior surgery, trauma, medications (oral contraceptives, infertility tx, SSRI's), large breast size, premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, period &amp; pregnancy. Your Dr can help determine the cause.

The breasts: Can become sore and tender due to fluid retention (causes stretching). This can occur in premenstrual time frame, during period and when pregnant.

No PMS symptoms: well hopefully these are good signs for you.  I know it is hard to wait, but wait until you see if you miss your period then check a home pregnancy test.  These are very accurate.  I suggest you wait 4-5 days after you miss and use the first morning urine.  Best wishes.

Normal menarche: symptoms are due to your body prducing new are larger amounts of female hormones. If you are not allegic to NSAIDS, try 2 Advil every 4-6 hrs.or 1 aleve every 8 hrs or twice daily.

Maybe!: Pregnancy is always a possibility in a woman in her fertile years. Urine pregnancy tests are available at any drugstore, and are very accurate if done correctly, and done after a missed period or 3 weeks after when conception might have happened. A woman can also go to a primary care doctor or an ob-gyn doctor for testing. Changes in mucus, discharge, and cramps can occur without a pregnancy.
