R/O FBD: Often times FBD= Fibrocystic Breast Disease. Flares during and after Ovulation. Limit caffeine ingestion and take Vit E. You also need a full exam And potential mammogram ultrasound if pain persists

13-15 days later: If  your ovulation kit was positive on 6/22 you most likely ovulated 1-2 days later. 14 days  later  the home pregnancy test should be positive, if  it is negative it is possible that you ovulated later then  6/22. You can have your obgyn order blood work for HCG and progesterone.

Ovulation : Are you saying you are ovulating 2 days after your period?  That is, not normal.  See your doctor.  Make appointment.
