Urinary tract infect: the most common cause for your symptoms is a bladder infection; however, there can be mother things going on.  A simple urinalysis at your doctor's office or a clinic  can usually determine if this is the case

R/o some pelvic cond: Frequency of urination - common causes like urinary tract infection, dm(but will not be  painful. Sometimes pelvic inflammatory disease , early pregnancy can produce the symptoms. Kidney stones lying low in the ureter close to the bladder entry site (we have 1 ureter on each side), can produce it. Sometimes fibroid uterus, causing pr. Effect on bladder possble.Salso need to r/o irritability of bladde.

Painful bladder: syndrome, also known as Interstitial cystitis, is a chemical irritation of the bladder wall. Check urine for blood, or possible urinary tract bacterial infection.  Try calcium antacid tablets, and drink more water, get checked by your doctor as well.

See urologist: Several possibilities, including urethral stenosis (narrowing of urethra) and mass in pelvis. It's unlikely to improve spontaneously. Since complications can arise from all the possibilities to be considered, you should consult a urologist about this soon.

Cystitis?: Sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection, possibly a bladder infection. The symptoms you're describing are hesitancy (having to strain to go) and urgency (needing to go now). They suggest that your bladder is irritated. You should see your doc for this.
