If sounds like when you wipe after having a bowel movement that you notice blood and that something either painful or sharp is protruding from your anus.  You might have an internal hemorrhoid. I am not sure. But since the bleeding seems to more than an isolated incident, i recommend that you contact your doctor so that she or he can take a good medical history and examine you. With the dry mouth, sips of water, ice chips , if at home,chewing sugarless gum, sugarless hard lemon  candies help. If to distressing, you may have to ask your doctor to prescribe a substitute.

Eye issues: Strabismus is when eye is either turning inwards or outward but they are not locked together in looking at something.  Astigmatism is when eye is "tilted". You may mean he has some degree of amblyopia. That would be treated by "patching" the good eye and forcing the child to use the weaker eye.
