Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes,  bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the "lump". However, it may be residual tissue from the development of clitoris. You may watch and wait. If the "lump" more than doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, develops a discharge, or other lumps appear, see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have noticed an extra lump growing on the left side of my clitoris opening, it protrudes out and burns when i touch it. i am worried, please help.?

Poss Vien: Without examination is difficult to say, but it sounds like a vein much like a varicose veins that can occur in other areas. A bit unusual for you to have it there, but still possible. You : You may be dealing with a cyst, boil, or an inflammed lymph node. A boil would probably be more painful. Regardless it's very difficult to say without actually seeing it. A visit to your primary care provider or gynecologist will help in getting a diagnosis and treatment if necessary.
