Ingredients: These are primarily intended for slightly different conditions so it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. One is not 'better' than the other. Ask your provider or read about the concern you have. MA can be helpful for digestion issues. Some say SA can help cell function to improve concerns like malignancy. Neither in moderation is likely to be dangerous.

Not exactly the same: Sodium ascorbate is one of the mineral salts contained in ascorbic acid/vitamin C.  It does not seem to be more bioavailable (available for use by the body) than other forms of vitamin C supplementation.  There is also the down side that it contains sodium.  I would discourage you from considering megadosing anything, including vitamin C. Stay well:)

Naturopaths: As a md, I have never prescribed or administered vitamin c injections. However, naturopathic doctors do, so i would recommend seeing a naturopath.

Yes, however...: I strongly advise you take Vitamin C, ideally 1000 mg 2-3x/day, but you should try to find forms without sodium. I don't know what's available in Denmark, but in the US you can find ascorbic acid, or calcium or magnesium ascorbate without sodium. Lypo-spheric Vit. C is esp. well-absorbed,but has 120 mg of sodium, but a low sodium diet usually allows 2000mg/day. Vit. C is best with bioflavonoids.

None at all: Himalayan salt has a few extra minerals and a lovely color, but most of it is salt and no different than any other salt.  Salt should be monitored in your diet and controlled.  You get  nothing extra from himalayan salt.

Lower BP: Higher levels of salt are implicated in the elevation of blood pressure to levels that can be harmful.  The body needs salt, so you cannot get rid of it entirely, but avoidance of commercial foods with extra salt put in for taste only is probably a good idea.  Read the labels.

Soaking in a solution of warm water with epsom salt dissolved will raise your blood level of magnesium, which many people have a deficiency of.  Magnesium is important in cardiac function, GI function, muscle and nerve function.

Read the labels: Those are combination medications, although paragrip c ingredients look safe, in a sense that there are no data confirming harm to baby at this stage, you still ought to be careful in reading the labels on any drug OTC during any stage in pregnancy and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration. If symptoms are uncontrollable see your doctor, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby

Not Usually: You should not miss your periods with these vitamins. some other reason like stress seems more likely.
