my arm pits always become sweaty / smelly even though i bathe and have a really good hygiene. i've switched deodorants before but still fails to work.

Recommendation : This is often happens at young age: female and male. You have to try stronger deodorant and 2-3 times a day. Keep it in your purse. You are young and beautiful, and do not worry  so much.

Infection: Swelling and heat in a area is consistent with infection. This needs to be seen and treated ith an approbate antibiotic.

sweaty infected sweat gland in armpits.

You want to see a dermatologist for evaluation for different types of treatments available, including surgery. Meanwhile, try to avoid caffeinated beverages as much as you can, good luck

i don't know what to do anymore, i've been to doctors and they saying it's not my heart. but i have pain under my left armpit, my upper left side of my back and left arm. there's no other symptoms that i can provide just that. i woke up sweaty?

Sure: You may have hyperhidrosis. This is excessive sweat production. There are also some diseases that cause too much sweat production, but most commonly it is just overactive sweat glands. Weight loss may help if your overweight, also Botox maybe a treatment for you. See your doctor.
