lip: Likely cheilosis from Vit C deficiency ,candida, staph, strep ,zinc, B12, iron,  colds, rarely immunosupression.. Put  on petroleum jelly or KY jelly, Take Vit C, multivit, If that does not improve consider topical antibiotic mupirocin. Follow up with doc   Do not worry .

It : It sounds like it may be a cyst. However other lesions are possible (abscess, wart, etc.) therefore you should have your family doctor or gynecologist take a look at it. Another option is to soak three times a day for 15 minutes in a warm bath with epsom salt ( not too much wate)r. If you do not notice an improvement or the lesion worsens see your doctor.
