Spider Veins: What you describe sounds like spider veins.  These can occur during teenage years and there is a strong genetic relationship with them.  Trauma can also cause this. For now you should just leave them alone and see if they spontaneously resolve. The simplest treatment for them would be either a laser or sclerotherapy.  You should see a vein specialist for an opinion.

Normal finding: I am amazed about how often I have women ask me about the veins on their breast.  Occasionally they are spider veins but mostly they are blue veins.  These are almost always normal findings and normal variations of chest veins.  They tend to be more pronounced in fair skinned females and they may be related to hereditary factors or even pregnancies.  No treatment is necessary unless for cosmetics.

NEUROENDOCRINE TUMOR: Nets is a very complex disease.  It has many possible symptoms and signs, and some people have just a few and others have many.  Keep in close contact with your doctors re: questions and treatment, and your situation is unique.

Need to examine: It is not possible to be sure without examining you, however, what you described is consistent with a sebaceous cyst. It will not cause any harm, but may grow gradually. As and when you can, you should get it removed.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have a small horizontal hardened vein in the middle of penis. it goes across left to right, not bottom to top. it feels like a spaghetti noodle and has no pain. i feel it more when erect. what is it? is it caused by ejaculation? will it go away?

: Erection of the penis is in simple terms caused by engorgement of the venous plexus and associated superfluous veins will be visible that’s what is being noticed by you. It is not harmful by itself and better be left alone. It can be treated as varicose veins if you are disturbed by its presence, it is not necessary in my personal opinion. Hope it helps.

One way valves: Veins have valves which prevent blood blackflow and prevents propels bllood back to the  right side of the heart when muscles contract. It is a low flow low pressure system but very important and efficient

Normal veins: Veins are thin walled, low pressure structures that fill and become engorged or empty and lie flat depending on gravity and position with state of hydration also contributing. When you sit with your legs down, they'll swell. When you sit or lie and elevate them, they'll empty. Arterial disease (as in stenting of your lad) has nothing to do with your venous system.

Likely muscle/joint: If there is no swelling of the vein or associated redness, this is unlikely to be a vascular source of discomfort. The area between your thumb &amp; first finger can become sore from prolonged movements like grasping, pulling or holding something, esp if repeatedly. Often discomfort doesn't peak for 24-48 hours after such activity. Try to limit such movements to see if improves.

while masturbating i notice small pimple like bump (underskin) next to maybe two other bumps that feel amost connected on the underside left of penis where pinky would be if right hand is being used.its lots of veins there where skin loosen.cause???

Without examining: the area in question it will be impossible to provide you with a diagnosis or reason for your findings. You will need to see health care provider for an evaluation. It is probably normal for you but I am sure you don't want to take the chance it could be something more serious.
