You should see a vein specialist for an opinion.

Normal finding: I am amazed about how often I have women ask me about the veins on their breast.  Occasionally they are spider veins but mostly they are blue veins.  These are almost always normal findings and normal variations of chest veins.  They tend to be more pronounced in fair skinned females and they may be related to hereditary factors or even pregnancies.  No treatment is necessary unless for cosmetics.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Vague finding.: Normally during a venous ultrasound, the greater and small saphenous veins should be fully compressible meaning that they are soft and do not contain clots.  This , however, is not 100% foolproof. Sometimes , depending on the the equipment used and experience of the ultrasonographer, veins may appear  partially compressible.  Any old inflammation of a vein may also thicken  its walls causing this.
