Moles, warts, etc: Skin growths include warts, moles, skin tags, tumors, or anything extra on top of the skin.  Depending on the diagnosis is how to treat it.

Yes.: "freezing" means touching the skin with a liquid nitrogen-immersed cotton swab or spray. It works quite well, but you should only have this done by someone trained and experienced in its use, which is usually a dermatologist.

Not likely: None of vitamin overdosages are characterized by skin growths.  You need to consult with your doctor.

Yes: A chronic fissure will often develop a "sentinel tag"  at the base of the fissure.  If you have growths elsewhere it may be unrelated to the fissure.

Scar: You had lazier hair removal.  Now you have tiny dots.   These occur as the laser intensity causing scar.  They should improve with time.

Not really.: Ak stands for "actinic keratosis" - they are small crusty bumps caused by chronic sun damage. Dermatologists usually freeze them with liquid nitrogen; for severe cases a strong cream containing 5-FU or Imiquimod is used. Skin tags can be clipped off, or if they are large enough, you can tie a thread around each one to cut off blood supply. But most people (wisely, i think) let their doctor do this.

Don't use it: Warts almost never involve the skin of the forehead or face. Whatever the cause, "thuja" or other natural remedies won't help, and for sure won't help warts. Stop guessing and don't try magical treatments. See a doctor.

Anal growths: Infected hair follicles, molluscum contagiosum, low risk hpv warts, skin tags ...

Skin tags: Skin tags are what i call "marks of maturity" -- nearly everyone accumulates at least a few of them over time. They are not a sign of any systemic problem. At one time, some believed that they were a marker for polyps in the colon, but this was debunked several years ago.
