Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin rashes.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Could be someone pinched you, bit you, a vascular abnormality, a blood blister, a reaction to a metal fastener on your underwear-I can list some more if you ask for second opinion.  Rather than worry have your Dr. look at it.

Ulcer: Ulcers are not always dark in color. They often have  a white coating on them. If there is a dark spot on the base of an ulcer at endoscopy, it may represent a blood vessel or clot. Your gastroenterologist can explain more. Good luck.

2 weeks ago i noticed a red spot with a lump on my left breast .feels warm since then the redness has went away but the small lump  hasnt.

Small lump: As described, it sounds like you had a localized abscess or type of localized infection (with the redness, palpable lump, and warmth).  Since the lump is still there, you need to have it evaluated to be safe to assure it does not need antibiotics or to assure it is not something more serious. Best wishes.
