The cause/trigger is rarely identified, but common things to watch out for include foods, new medication or hygiene products, household/worksite chemicals. Possible: Some people can get a "heat rash" that worsens when the skin is hot and usually gets better when cooled. However, to really be certain you should have this problem examined.

Hives??: If they occur on random parts all over your body, then it is likely hives. Have you seen your doctor during an acute episode? If not, take pictures and bring to your doctor for a firm diagnosis.

: Just a modest suggestion.  Perhaps you are being afflicted by bedbugs.  Check your mattress, and bed clothes.

Many possibilities: Hives localized to the inner thighs may be due to multiple causes. The area is warm and one thigh can rub against the other. It can be due to cloth or chemicals in pants, just to give a few examples. Wear non-tight pants; when itchy, apply Sarna with pramoxime. Otherwise, keep dry with cornstarch or talc. Take an antihistamine such as fexofenadine or cetirizine. No help - see your physician.
