See a doctor: Consider using moisturizers for your skin and applying after a shower.  Use witch hazel for the itching and aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil while in the shower on your wash cloth. A doctor can properly diagnose the problem and start treatment.  Avoid scratching as it can cause discoloration to your skin.

Herpes? Syphilis: Please see your Gynecologist as soon as possible. Explain your worries, then the doctor will examine you and, finally you are likely to have blood work done.
May take a day or two to get the result.

Bug=no: This sounds more like a reaction to soap or shampoo  aggravated by the heat of the shower water. "Bugs"-germs do not trigger recurrent breakouts with bathing over a year. If it disappears after a brief period I would either ignore it or try other products.

Not sure: Unfortunately it's tough to figure out what you are describing but nocturnal emissions are not related to sexually transmitted diseases or any skin diseases.

Dry skin?: Try applying a moisturizer on your legs within 3 minutes after bathing (daily bathing is encouraged) to see if this helps (may take a couple of weeks).  Avoid scented or anti-bacterial soap. If the problem fails to resolve, consult a dermatologist.

Night itching: You may have an infestation of itch mite.  They usually are very active at night and cause intense itching at night.  See your doctor or dermatologist for special prescriptions and  help.  Meanwhile try painting  tincture of iodine all over spotted area and repeat three times per night.

Insect bites?: Are there any exposure to bites? It is impossible to tell from description. You could try Hydrocortisone cream. If it persists or gets worse see md.

how do i get rid of itchy skin? i get small bumps on ears that itch bad, also red itchy welts on cheeks & around jaw. lotion stops some of the itching but dosnt reduse the red swelling. thank you

This : This sounds like a possible allergic reaction. Are you using any new soaps, lotions, detergents, make up? If so discontinue and monitor for improvement. For the itching you can try over the counter Hydrocortisone cream. If it is really intense Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help.
 If this problem persists you should see your doctor.
