BUMPS ON PENIS: THESE BUMPS COULD BE SMALL, HARMLESS WHITEHEADS. PLUGGED UP OIL GLANDS. NOT UNCOMMON OR UNUSUAL.
BUT WITHOUT ACTUALLY SEEING THEM, THERE IS NO WAY THAT I COULD BE SURE.
