Penis lumps: Penis lumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Lymph node: Assuming it is on the grion area on left and not actually on penis, it could be swollen lymph node. Other possibility is small abscess, folliculitis,etc. If painful, growing in size then i would seek doctor visit for further eval. May also recommend send pic if doing virtual consult.

A few things,: But the most likely cause is a sebaceous cyst. These are benign skin lumps filled with keratin and fluid. They can be stable, or enlarge and get inflamed, and sometimes drain on their own. If you have a painful, inflamed, or enlarging lesion on the penis, see your physician for evaluation. Many other benign skin issues also present as lumps.
