Eval: Strength of cannabis varies from plant to plant & contamination of the leaves with pesticides and other chemicals is common. Therefore, you never really know what you are smoking. If this issue is not resolving it may be related to what you inhaled, allergies, anxiety etc. Your physician can better sort this out with you - be honest when providing a history.

I am not sure if all: Of these symptoms tie together.  Here is something you can do to help the post nasal drip. Neti pots can help. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot.  Tilt head & pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly & spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before you go to bed & again in.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
