No idea w/o eval.: These lesions need to be visualized &amp; a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.  Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.

Allergic reaction,: benadryl  could be helpful. If having difficulty breathing, go to urgent care/ER for possible severe allergic reaction.

Scarlet fever: The rash can appear before illness or up to 7 days later. the rash can last for up to 2 to 3 weeks before it fully goes away.

Doctor can recheck: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Strep throat can occur with a rash, but some viruses also cause rashes.

Hard to tell: Try some Hydrocortisone cream on it.  If not helpful after a few days. See your doctor to check for a contact allergy.

Possibilities: This can also be caused by a fungus that has been transferred to the site on your fingers. There are lymph nodes and glands under that skin &amp; they can become infected or react to stimulation there. Moist heat may permit enough improved blood flow to allow the area to heal, but you may just need to have the site examined. Cancer would be very far down at the bottom of the list of possibilities.
