Has this been evaluated?  Sounds like a pilonidal cyst and sinus tract; however, the findings warrant at least an exam and likely an ultrasound of the area to ensure that there is no connection of the opening with the spinal area.  You also want to make sure that the lump isn't a different type of mass.  SEE YOUR DOCTOR!

Coccygodynia refers to pain in the coccyx, with sharp or achy discomfort radiating into the rectal area or buttocks. Organic coccygodynia is caused by traumatic arthritis due to coccyx dislocation or fracture (from injury or childbirth). Prolongued sitting contributes to functional coccygodynia.  There are of course many other causes of rectal pain (covered in earlier healthtap answers).

I have had chronic groin pain since august, under hospital, on crutches. 2 pelvic mris/2 pelvic x-rays/2 hip/groin ultrasounds clear. crushed discs in spine, on crutches. in serious pain. has spread to left side, scrotum, penis, perineum and anus.

What you described is a lot to endure at your age. However. it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Since you health issue has not been resolved despite hospital visit, it may help to see a pain specialist.

What is this little white thing sticking out of my anus after eliminating? it goes back in on it's own about 20 seconds after elimination. no pain, sometimes bleeding. when i push it's a small little white lump that sticks out.

It sounds like you may be dealing with a hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids can be internal and/or external; you may have an internal one that comes out when you push while having a bowel movement. Regardless you need to have an examination by a medical provider to make a diagnosis and provide treatment.

Small,more like in a line, hard little bump in between vagina and anus. scratched it off came back & 1 more came also. negative for hpv. what is this?

There are several dermatological conditions that can cause this, first, you must make sure you don't have Condyloma, a type of wart caused by HPV. Second, Molluscum Contagiosum may also cause flesh like lesions in that region. Both are sexually transmitted diseases. Other causes exist also. It is important to have a complete vaginal and anal/rectal exam with an anoscopy. See your Proctologist

Bruising in a 19 mos Old could be from falling & running into things but you must take him to his pediatrician  for physical exam & blood  work. Child abuse should be ruled out if he is cared for By someone else. Good luck.

I have had small red bumps on my back along my spine for a month or so. i currently have a sinus infection and bad cough. the bumps have become itchy.

The rash on your back may be due to cintact dermatitisor possibly sweat dermatitis caused by your sinus infection which may be making you perspire. Try to dressin cool pajamas and use a moisturizer for your back.

Mri results of lumbar spine: small synovial cysts along the posterior aspect of the left articular facet? what does this mean in 30yr old female

Synovial cysts are congenital variations of no significance unless they substantially enlarge, and in your case, seem a co-incidental finding of little relevance.   Discuss in more detail with your doctor and have him/her demonstrate the findings on the films to provide further reassurance.
