Abscess: Depending on where it occurred, it could be from an ingrown hair, local trauma, or other things. Best answer is that you let the pus out. Local warm compresses (like hot wash cloth) over area a few times daily for 2-3 days should help encourage resolution.

Penis lumps: Penis lumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Sounds like: a CYST ( the location is a bit unusual but SEBACEOUS CYSTS are the most common cause of such "balls"  (Enlarged LYMPH GLANDS are also possible!

You should get this checked out by your PCP (Primary Care Provider) who can determine what the diagnosis is!

Sebaceous cyst?: Something like this usually turns out to be nothing serious at all, often a sebaceous cyst or something similar. No STD causes such things and neither does any other serious infection or cancer. See a doctor if it continues to enlarge, gets red or sore, or you otherwise are worried. In the meantime, hands off. Repeatedly feeling it or squeezing will cause increased pain and make diagnosis harder.

Epidermal cyst: Without seeing or examining it personally, the most likely possibility is an epidermal cyst, which is common and harmless, unless it grows or gets infected.  To be certain, you should let your gynecologist or a dermatologist examine it in person and give you a firm diagnosis.

See below: If you have preputial adhesions this very likely represents entrapped smegma which will release when the adhesions release.  If not, then it likely represents an epidermal inclusion cyst which occasionally resolve spontaneously but are often excised if bothersome.

Prepatellar Bursa: A lump under the skin I've the patella or patellar tendon is more likely due to inflamed bursa. If it is increasing in size or is painful then it needs to be aspirated or removed. Antibiotics are needed if it is infected.

Swelling: Its very difficult to say without seeing the lump in person but the fact that it is painful means you need to be seen by a doctor in person.  Swelling can sometimes be indicative of infection or possibly large lymph nodes.
