Majority, not all: Majority, cll is an indolent, slow-progressing disease. However, not all of them behaving like that.  There are different biology of cll that makes certain cll cases are more agressive than we used to think.  Discuss with your hematologist/oncologist in detail regarding prognostic factors etc.

See below.: The bruising that patients with leukemia have are caused by low platelets. Usually they don't look different that "regular" bruises, but a person usually notices that they have many more bruises than normal and in unusual areas of the body (chest, back, for example). Sometimes the bruises can have a hard lump associated with them (purpura). If you have new unexplained bruising, see your doc.

In theory, yes: As per your description, you likely have condition known as hypogonadism.
Hormone replacement is generally helpfull in that cases. I however advise you to do for proper evaliation before starting hormone replacement. Any medication is double-side sword. It may help as mach as it may harm. I would not advise you to play with hormones on your own.

Not really: At this time the general approach is to not treat patients with asymptomatic cll unless it is part of a clinical trial.

No: If you already went through puberty, testosterone won't make your penis grow.  The chemo you took can lower your t levels and sperm production but also you can recover both a couple years after treatment.  Androgel and all t replacement will make your sperm counts drop and often shrink your testes (usually reversibly).

Common complaints: Yes, leukemia can present with symptoms of bone pain, but would rapidly progress to fatigue from anemia or bruising from low platelets.  A normal blood test would r/o leukemia  but formal diagnosis would be a bone marrow test.  Intermittent symptoms of joint pains over many months  are common in kids and reassuring if they come and go.  Kids get bruises on shins, etc., but rare on abdomen,

Blood cell cancer: Leukemia is cancer of one of the bone marrow cells. The cells start growing quickly and either enter the blood stream where they are first detected or build up in the bone marrow where people are diagnosed after becoming ill from infection or bleeding because the normal blood cells are crowded out and can't do their jobs. Granulocytes, lymphocytes, red cells and platelets can turn cancerous.

Anyone but rarely: Leukemia, although frightening, is a rare disease. Outside of children, many adults do die from the acute disease although this is not the case with the chronic leukemias. Although there are a few things that may increase the chance of getting leukemia (high doses of radiation, previous treatment of cancer, down's syndrome, some chemicals), no cause can be  found in most cases.
