i am experiencing mild urethritis inside my urethra in the glans penis area. it doesn't go away and it's already 3 months. urethral stricture maybe?

More info needed: I don't know what you mean by "experiencing urethritis". What symptoms? If reduced urine flow, or if your urine sprays instead of coming out in a normal stream, it could be a stricture. If you're having discharge or uncomfortable urination, you may have urethritis. That means an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). See a doctor for examination and testing. Good luck!

Poss viral infection: These symptoms suggest infection. If your urine infection was actually cured, then worry about viral infection like herpes or atypical bacterial infection like mycoplasma or chlamydia. Check with your doctor. All of these are treatable.

This may be normal: for you but without being able to examine you it will be impossible to tell if this is from an infection or other problem. You may have an STD. It would be reasonable to see a health care provider for an evaluation.

: Please see your doc to make sure all is well.  After that you can re-frame things by thinking of the dot as a "beauty mark" rather than an imperfection. If someone removes it you might become hyper-focused on any mark that might be left from the surgery.  We all have little dings here and there on the body.  Peace and good health.

Need to see doctor: You have likely torn penile frenulum ; will benefit from division of frenulum. This can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. Unless blood is coming out of urethral meatus, in which case best to see a urologist.
