Abnormal urine: Urine pH is usually acidic. When you eat and drink healthy it can be close to 7 or neutral. However a specific gravity of 1.025 is very concentrated indicating there is not enough fluid intake.  So my suggestion is improve the intake of water eat a plant strong diet more vegetables than meat. And see if this improves in 48 hours.

Normal: Sounds unremarkable the color of the urine will depend on several things including your hydration status.  Why was the urine test done?

Urine results: Some lab results are obviously alarming.  This one is not.  Drink plenty of fluids, until the urine color is pale, and you should have a much improved urinalysis.

Probably not bad: Why was your urine sample taken? Did the sample report an excessive amount of epithelial cells? Do you have any pain urinating or is there pain in your bikini area? Answers to the questions are needed. If the urine was just part of a routine visit for annual female exam or physical, the urine findings probably do not represent infection or disease. If worried, have MD run a culture on a new sample

Depends: Why was the test done? What did your doctor say? How was the specimen stored prior to testing? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Assuming no cycle: You may have irriation of the bladder wall and or urethra. Please have urine rechecked withi 7-10 days. PLease abstain from any and all sexual activity until cleared by your physician.

Pink urine: Pink urine is not normal and needs evaluation. The pink color could signal the presence of blood. Please see a doctor.

Yes, if concentrated: Urine can very in appearance for almost water-like when dilute to dark yellow when maximally concentrated.  There tends to be ammonia like odor to the more concentrated urine.  The presence of foul-smelling urine usually represents a urinary infection.

Very normal: All urine smells unles it is extremely dilute. The more concentrated, the more it will smell. Urine in presence of a urinary infection can have a foul smell & is often a sign of a uti. Certain foods can normally produce unique urine smells. Asparagus being the best known.

after drinking lots of water, urine is really mostly clear (know this is normal) but noticed a slight, very slight, green hue...should i be worried?

Urine: Nope. Not in any way. That means that the light that hit the urine probably picked up a metabolite that in the right light loos green. Given the clear nature or your urine these stand out colors may be more noticeable.  I would not worry in any way.
