It is possible to: have such a herpes outbreak if you have had previous history of herpes.  The cervical swab is largely irrelevant since there are a host of other vaginal infections you could have had.  If you have recurrence, then it is likely to be a viral infection (like herpes) unless your bacterial infection was incompletely treated by the "antibiotic".  Hope this helps. Multi-system atrophy: Multiple system atrophy (msa) or shy-drager syndrome can cause dysautonomia and cause also involve the urinary bladder. Thay have being said, more common things cause "burning sensation in the urethra" and they may be completely separate entities.

It depends: Slightly on whether you're ejaculating after masturbation of genital sex, but generally is a sign of some sort of irritation or mild trauma. If there's recurrent pain, swelling, discharge, blood, etc. Check w/your doctor. Otherwise, try to be gentle and it should resolve.
