Diet; sleep position: Prenatal vitamins cover most dietary deficiencies, but in general eliminate table salt, high sugar content (carbohydrates) and increase protein (meat, fish).  Sleep positions are not defined in benefit, and sleep in later pregnancy is much deeper, so waking with limbs which may be compressed (like crossing one's legs a little too long) is common, since you do not wake enough to change positions.

Cervical position: This topic comes up a lot online for some unknown reason. Your cervical position is monitored during labor and as a tool to predict labor during pregnancy. Other than those situations there is nothing clinically that can be determined by subtle changes in the cervix. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test.
