These are symptoms: of depression, but could be caused by a myriad of physical conditions, which need to be addressed and eliminated first.   Start with a visit to your MD, then after that, follow his/her recommendations for further care.   You're 16.   This is an age of great turmoil--socially, academically, personally.   You might need some support to get through it.   Hang in there--all adults have done this.

Talk to your doc!: What's "normal"? Reference range is typically 0.45-4.5 for tsh. Thyroid specialists advocate aiming for low end, say 1-2, even though 4.49 is normal. But that's like say d minus is passing (which it is!) so that's good enough. Be sure you understand risk of higher (excess) dose eg palpitations, tremors, anxiety, insomnia, bone loss, etc. Which is why regular blood tests are very important.

Pain &amp; Insomnia: Your pain may be the cause of your sleep issues.  Please see your doc to get to the root of your pain.  One  possibility is Lyme.  He/she can test for that but the blood work is not very reliable.  Your symptoms need to be taken into account.  For better sleep avoid stimulants after noon and computer, iPhone, screens of any type one hr. prior to bed.  Peace and good health.

Unlikely: Unfortunately your medications are not likely to be the cause. Too much food and not enough exercise are more likely the answer.

Hydroxyzine : Can increase your appetite/ makes you feel hungry more often, most antihistamines have this side effect in various degrees. Just be cautious using both hydroxyzine and lexapro together, stick to the lower doses and keep the follow-up with your doctor, wish you wellness

Health foods: nuts, fruits, vegetables. celery sticks, carrots and such. dont use dressing which can promote weight gain. drinking water instead of juices or sodas.
