Bruise or gangrene: The most common causes are either a  bruise or gangrene resulting from lack of blood supply. Letting her doc know and/or taking her for an exam to the closest medical facility will be appropriate.

Echymotic heel: Depending on related trauma to the heel area, the discoloration could be simply a bruise, or a blood-blister formation if there has been recent excessive ambulation.  If there is no history of trauma you need to be evaluated clinically by a foot specialist to determine another cause!

Doctor can evaluate: If a person gets small dark spots on the bottom of her feet, sometimes they are warts. Other times they may be a fungus. If fungus, twice a day over-the-counter Lotrimin AF (clotrimazole) for 3-4 weeks may solve the problem. If warts, a primary care doctor or dermatologist will likely have to freeze them off. A doctor's exam can help get a diagnosis, and see if the spots aren't something else.

the black thing in the verrucas on my foot have gone. the skin hasnt healed yet (its been 2/3 days). its also painful where the verrucas are. problem?

Plantar Wart: Plantar warts can be painful even after removal. The soft tissue surrounding the area will take a few weeks to heal. Your pain will subside more everyday.  It's important to protect the area with padding when ambulating but try to keep walking to a minimum until your foot is completely healed.

my sister damaged her foot, it blistered and later, her toes turned black. will the black dead skin  eventually  peel off her foot?

: It sounds like your sister needs to be evaluated immediately, especially if she is diabetic.  If the blackened skin is only a tiny area, it might just slough off, but it sounds like her toes are blackened, which could mean necrosis and that is a true EMERGENCY.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination   Apply emollient to the affected areas, You may need to do that multiple times a day. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
