Accepted Answer

Skin tags are: generally benign and do not grow cancerous.  They are known to be everywhere on the epidermis and can grow inside orifices.  For the most part unless they interfere with the function of whichever part of your body they grow in, or become irritating due to traffic, you should not try to mess with them. i was accidentally punched in the side of the head the other night, i cant hear very well and my ear canal was bleeding all night. what could it be?

Ear Drum Rupture: Go to your PCM or an Urgent Care to be seen ASAP, it is likely you have a traumatic rupture of your Ear drum.  Avoid getting water in that ear canal until you are seen.  It is very important for your hearing to be evaluated and followed up by an ENT Specialist after the initial evaluation.

Ear lump: Greetings. The ear canal has contours inside that are unique to each individual. Other reactive changes could occur from wax buildup, cyst formation or infection. See your doctor for an examination.

Impossible: to tell what it is "on-line" An exam is needed!! For the present would STRONGLY recommend that you do not keep "feeling" it!! Leave it alone until infection can be ruled out/and treated!

You should : You should first and foremost rest.  This might be a minor concussion, and rest is imperative.
If the pain, persists, or you feel dizzy, or you get nausea or vomiting, or your behavior is unusual, please ask someone to take you to the Emergency room
