Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

No such thing: Skin changes from liver disease include jaundice, purpura (purple blotches from trouble clotting blood), red on the medial and lateral aspects of the palms, and the vascular spiders (press the red dot in the center and the legs vanish).

Pruritus/Cholestasis: The liver has hepatocytes that elaborate bile into cannaliculi. Bile passageways coalesce into the common bile duct. When liver disease is present, flow of bile is interrupted and itching presents because of the buildup of toxic bile substances. Studies show this pruritus or itching affects the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, but can be generalized as well.

Need more: A diagnosis of lupus requires way more testing than this.  This would be an unusual location for a lupus skin rash.

No simple answer: A postive ANA is not a true marker of disease. Your photosensitivity may be a sign for Discoid lupus. I would suggest seeing a Rheumatologist fresh, and let them perform a full history and physical and not just test. The probability of a severe disease with normal ESR and CRP is lower. They are nonspecific but can be increased in most rheumatological disease. See a good MD, a full exam and history

Skin rashes: The rash bay be due to the elevated liver enzymes. Your child should definitely be seen by a gastroenterologist or pediatrician.

Gallbladder?  Viral?: Gallbladder problems can cause RUQ pain, itching, and fatigue.  Also some viral infections can cause this.  Itching may be due to dry skin.  See your doctor if persists.  Good luck!
