White tissue/vaginal: With normal vaginal lining, there is no component which is "white".  A white area at the opening may indicate a viral, bacterial or most likely a fungal infection. This may require a biopsy to ascertain its identity. See your gyn provider for an appointment and exam.

Maybe (not) . . .: Are you referring to your labia majora? If so, yes, that's normal female anatomy. To be sure, go see your family doc or obstetrician for an examination. Don't forget that while the general stuff is similar, we're all different from each other, too. So some women might have larger labia than others but it's all part of normal. So go see your doc for reassurance.
