Not related: Doing sit-ups shouldn't cause abnormal or break through bleeding.  I think the timing was just a coincidence.

Not for anxiety: SAM-e is indicated for mild depression but not anxiety.  There are no effective /safe herbals for anxiety. Kava kava used to be on the market but it can cause liver damage so it is NOT safe.  The best natural methods for anxiety include meditation, yoga, journaling, and just plain exercise.  Good luck!

One tip:: Ginger can reduce nausea &amp; upset stomach. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger &amp; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.  Hope you feel better soon !

Depends on cause: Many stomach aches will get better on their own with time.  Gas pain, gallstone pain, reflux etc may last for 20 min to a couple hours and then resolve.  Acid diseases (gastritis, gerd, ) may be temporarily relieved by Tums (calcium carbonate) etc.  Any stomach ache that lasts longer than 3-4 hours or doesn't resolve with over the counter meds should be evaluated by your md.
