Missed periods,: Missed periods, changes in menstrual flow, irregular periods are also adverse effects of Depo-Provera and could also be signs of pregnancy. If you had your Depo-Provera shots on schedule/your first shot was during the first 5 days after start of your period, the risk of pregnancy is low. If you think you may be pregnant do a pregnancy test/see your doctor. Also discuss calcium/vitd supplement .Use condom(safe sex).

Depo-provera ?'s: The depo-provera shot lasts for about three months, so if "stopping" the shot means you are now over three months removed from the depo shot, then spotting is certainly possible.  If pregnancy is possible, wait another week and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.  Depo shots can interfere with normal ovulation, so your normal cycle may resume spontaneously.

Can't really tell: Depoprovera works by suppressing the release of pituitary gonadotropin hormones that normally keep menstrual cycles regular. Once the depo's suppression is removed, the normal ovulatory cycle should resume (but it's not predictable exactly when). Experts on healthtap have mentioned 9-18 months as the time range. A urine pregnancy test can tell if there's a pregnancy, three weeks after ovulation.

If : If you are on the Depo-Provera shot and you are not yet due for your next one, then you are still protected against pregnancy 99% of the time.  It is more likely that you have a bladder infection or another more common problem.  You should see your doctor for your symptoms.  You may also want to discuss other birth control options besides the Depo-Provera shot since you did not like the side effects you experienced.  Good luck!
