Splenic rupture: If you had time to log on and write this question you probably don't have a splenic rupture.  This condition requires immediate attention. The most common cause is due to blunt abdominal trauma (though there are less common nontraumatic causes).  Generally when the spleen ruptures you will have left upper quadrant abdominal pain.  The loss of blood can be significant and can cause shock.

Under left ribs: The spleen is hard to feel  unless it is very enlarged. It is a very soft organ but in some conditions it becomes very swollen and tense. In that case you can feel the edge of it below the left lower rib cage.

i was diagnosed with mono two months ago. since then my spleen aches whenever i go to class. it is a bad idea to go to new york in three weeks?

Mononucleosis: Gen. Guidelines for treatment include rest, non-caffeinated drinks, anti-inflammatories, avoidance of strenuous exercise or contact sports (these would increase the risk of splenic rupture.) you could return to moderate training if there is no fever, no enlargement of the spleen, and if the liver function tests are normal. In general, after four weeks strenuous activity is allowed.

im having some odd discomfort under my left ribs, & some under my left boob between a rib. is this bad?could it be spleen? i feel like i need massage.

Costocondritis : Costocondritis is an inflammation in the cartilage of the ribs. It can be from a virus or just mild trauma or irritation. The cartilage has poor circulation and heals slowly. If the area is tender to touch that makes it very likely. See your pcp to make sure.

Not sure: Its difficult to figure out what is wrong just based on those two symptoms.  One possibility that comes so mind is mononuclesosis (aka mono). This could give you cold like symptoms and may affect the spleen also. Go see a doctor if you don't feel better soon.

CYST: The size and presummed origin of the cyst determine the nature of the problem. A septation places it into a different category if it's from the kidney but it is still very likely to be benign and unlikely to cause symptoms unless it grows. The key is the thickness of the wall and if there is blood flow or calcifications seen in the walls or septum. These are in a more serious category.

Complex: Incomplete question so I'm not certain what you are asking but sounds like there are multiple congenital malformations and that specialists are best suited to manage them.  
The absence of a spleen puts her at risk of some serious infections such as pneumococcal pneumonia and meningococcal meningitis.

Probably not: You may have congenital cysts, but cannot answer you for sure since need further information and seeing the imaging studies.

is dark urine a sign of ruptured spleen with mono?

NO: The darker urine is likely due to bilirubin from the liver also being bothered by the mono.  If you have not already seen a physician and had blood work done, you should do that.  Make sure to drink lots of water.  If the spleen ruptures, it is life threatening due to severe bleeding in the abdomen.
