Variable: We have  reason to believe that one or more "stress factors" like flu and even vaccination can tip the balance of genetic risk. The symptoms are very variable e.g. Sudden loss of speech, bizarre behavior, changes in bowel activity, flapping of hands, sound sensitivity etc.

There : There are no illnesses that i know of that cause a "mushy forehead".  Some kids may have more fat under the skin of the forehead than others and she may be at one end of the spectrum.  If she is growing and developing appropriately and has no other outward signs of illness, this may just be something you want to bring up to her doctor at her next check-up.

PTSD: Post traumatic stress d/o ( anxiety, depression, flashback , hyper arousal and 
avoidance).Usually treated with therapy and medication

No: A vast majority of hernias in children are isolated findings and are easily fixable. Having a hernia does not set affected child at risk to develop a major disease or problem.

Parkinson's Disease: I do not believe there are any symptoms or signs that suggest a risk for parkinson's disease. I would be curious to know why you asked this question.  

But, i be in the future genetics will give us clues as to who is at risk by testing our genomes.

Probably not.: Many viruses can cause symptoms very similar to fifth disease (fever, red cheeks, reticulated rash), so getting that constellation of symptoms more than once is not normally a significant issue. If it happens over and over, though, there might be something more significant going on, and you should see your doctor or a dermatologist for a thorough exam.
