May be nothing: Where are these sinuses? How were these noted? Do you have any symptoms? 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: Those findings of venous anatomy are just normal variants and there is no evidence of venous sinus thrombosis so the results are not abnormal.

Are you sure of the: Diagnosis? The sigmoid sinus is a large vein that drains the brain and is located at the base of the brain inside the skull. Infections or clots in this area are very serious. Check your diagnosis and ask again.

Sinus irrigation: Depends on problem, but sinus irrigation is a very safe &amp; effective way to clear sinus congestion/mucus buildup earlier on. However, a sinus irrigation bottle or a Neti pot is needed for this purpose. Pharmacies/large grocery stores (Giant, etc) carry these products. Use sterilized saline solution (add salt packet to water, boil, let cool, then use). Follow cleaning instructions on bottle.

SiNus problem: Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  or sudafed can dry your sinuses.
