UC/ER: Sounds like you need to be seen by a doctor soon. Urgent care or ER. At the very least they can prescribe medication to ease the nausea and vomiting and make sure you are being treated adequately for pyelonephritis if your UTI is not a kidney infection.

Many possibilities: not sure where you're imagining your hip is located. you may be speaking about your flank if it is in the back. first order of business is see your internist. must r/o kidney or colon problem first. if it is musculoskeletal, my be spinal or SI jt problem. needs thorough evaluation

Right sided abdomen: Pain could be appendicitis, ileitis, colitis. Or infection in pelvic organs or kidney.  Literally 100's of causes, some of them serious.  If you have pain for one week, time to see the doctor.
