Worth getting check: If your c section was 13 weeks ago things should be getting back to normal by now. If you are having all of these pains in various body parts then it is worth while to get an exam done by your doctor.

Ano rectal pressure: The fissures aro due to the increased ano- recto pressure.Take sitz baths a couple of times a day. Drink 6-8 glasses of water and increase the fiber in your diet in the form of fruits vegetables., cereals, nuts snd dried fruit.Ruce milk and milk products.

Sure: The further you get from delivery the lower the risk of post partum complications. If there  are specific things you are feeling anxious about consider discussing with your Obgyn. Anxiety can be an early sign of post partum depression. If this is an issue don’t be afraid to seek help.

Describe pain : Besides that it is unbearable, please explain when in your cycle you get the pain, if anything makes it better or worse, how long the pain lasts, and if it is a burning/stabbing/ crampy/ what? Kind of pain.   Resubmit with those details and coercion be better able to advise you.

The easiest: Way to determine this is by a home pregnancy test.  The over the counter ones ate quite reliable but no one will tell u u can't be pregnant.  Gd luck.

Birth control: with interruptions in birth control, pregnancy is more likely as pill less effective.  I would take a pregnancy test and see your doctor if symptoms persist.
