Prednisolone: The steroid is usually given to wheezing infants who are exhibiting respiratory distress. The usual cause for the wheezing is asthma.

Indicated?: I don't tend to prescribe Prednisolone for cough (except asthma exacerbation), but I have not examined your child. It is OK to give an 18mo Prednisolone but I am not  sure I would say it is indicated in this case.

Prednisone : Try giving child something frozen to freeze taste buds or give small amounts of medication at a time. Call your doctor if your child still can't tolerate it

Highly unlikely: Topical steroids to the eyes or the nose would not have enough concentration in the blood to produce side effects such as weight gain.  Ask your eye doctor for confirmation of my thoughts.

Complex: first I wish you recovery, this is a tough disease that needs aggressive management, which seems that you are undergoing, and to rule out as well systemic involvement, team approach in a specialized center/institution with other specialists as rheumatologist experienced with disease modifying drugs as biologicals and pulse steroids/immunosuppressants should be involved, wish you all the best

Unlikely: Antibiotics can have an effect but steroid eyedrops are unlikely to cause a problem.

Depends: Steroid eye drops if taken for weeks can cause cataract and glaucoma.  They are  usually not a problem for a short term treatment for a number of eye problems.
I would consult your eye doctor for these symptoms.

No reason.: Prednisone eye drops in and of themselves is not a reason  to hold off on eyeglass measurement. However, if you have inflammation, and this is why you are taking the drops, that's the reason.

side effects for neo poly dex eye drops?  i'm very sensitive to steroids.

Yes: The antibiotic especially neosporin in the eye drop may cause contact allergic reactions, the steroid can increase the risk for eye infections (especially HSV1 )which can potentially lead to loss in eyesight) as well as glaucoma in genetically predisposed people. If used for just a few days, it will likely be ok but one can never be sure.
