Not many: Anuice is device used to super cool the hemorrhoidal  area to relive pain, forming ice around the device, will not cure , able to insert into anal canal with out injuring m  as  no chemical is released it should not have side effects, inserting  improperly may cause bleeding.

Anaphylactic shock: The acute allergic reaction that rarely occurs after Xolair injection is called anaphylaxis, which can lead to low blood pressure ("Shock"). It is rare, and usually easy to treat if it does happen. That's why the injection should be supervised by the doctor who can treat you if by slim chance  you have this allergic reaction.

: A second vaccination is advisable. There may be mild side effects e.g. injection site pain but the protection from the vaccination outweighs the side effects. The response is not necessarily worse due to natural infection and the timing is fine.

Most other side effects i would not consider mild and can include both hemolytic and non-hemolytic transfusion reactions, viral or bacterial infections, transfusion related lung injury, temporary suppression of the immune system among others.

Tapering Celexa (citalopram): I don't know how quickly you've been decreasing your Celexa (citalopram) dosage, but it sounds like your body doesn't like the schedule.  Are you working with your physician on this?  I suggest you speak with him or her, and go at this more gradually.  The "shocks" could last for several weeks beyond stopping the celexa (citalopram).

Memory loss: I have treated severely depressed/suicidal patients who agreed to shock treatments after failing numerous meds. (by qualified md)  by far their greatest complaint has been memory loss.  The loss generally relates to a brief period of time around the treatment, but in cases of a longer series of treatments, the memory loss was more extensive. However, in my opinion, the treatments saved lives.

Beta Blockers: Patients often react differently to different beta blockers.  However, bisoprolol should be more selective and have less of an effect on the beta receptors in the lungs so if you have a choice and cost is not an issue, you might want to consider bisoprolol over propranolol.

Mild dose: side effects can occur: dizziness, weakness, dry mouth, sleepiness- rare at this dose- but possible.
