Do a home preg test: If you had unprotected sex and now experiencing delay in your period, you can do a home pregnancy test to reassure yourself that you arent pregnant. 
Women do experience bleeding even when they are pregnant and can be misleading as a period. Do a home pregnancy test.

hello, today im 13days post transfer and i started testing using clearblue early digital test on day11 and been showing pregnant but the digital test with the week indicator has been saying not pregnant. is it normal for this to happen?

: The low levels of HCG produced on "day 11" may produce ambiguous results. Wait five more days as the placental capacity for HCG production may provide a more accurate test for successful transfer.

You tell me!: Did you do the tests correctly? How often/when in your cycle did you have sexual encounters? Have you been  using any sort of birth control? Irregular or missed periods/cycles in the past? When did you perform the  tests in relationship to  missed period? There are many more questions I could ask to help determine that "likelihood". It takes a few weeks: It takes a few weeks for the beta HCG level to drop after a miscarriage.. If you did not have a D&C and aborted spontaneously, you should be getting blood drawn every week for a quantitative beta HCG level to make sure the beta level goes down to zero.
Ultrasound is not perfect at diagnosing retained tissue. If you continue to bleed, you may need a d&c. See your doctor !
