Tell your doctor: Tell you doctor who will be doing the colonoscopy about all the medications. including over the counter drugs and herbals you are taking. Having said that, do not take the medication on the day of the procedure.

Unknown: Phentermine does not usually cause erectile dysfunction, but any drug can have any side-effect.  The way to find out is to stop the medication.  Many other medications and health or emotional problems could be the culprit.  If you get normal morning erections, but can't sustain an erection during sex, there may be an emotional or relationship issue.  If no morning erections, talk to doctor.

No need to wait: If you have a legitimate prescription for a federally legal medication (not marijuana) than the entity doing the drug testing will not hold you accountable for testing positive for that substance. They may restrict you from working with certain dangerous or delicate tools or driving until you are done with that medication. Bring the Rx or a note from your doc explaining the Rx.

: You should review the possible reasons for your elevated PT/INR.  Medications or liver issues can be potential causes.  But further workup is warranted.

That : That is very concerning.  Please see an ENT (otolaryngology) physician immediately and have a complete evaluation.  Be sure you aren't on any other medications or herbs that could cause these symptoms (aspirin is notorious for causing ringing in the ears).  You may need testing performed to evaluate your nerves to your ears.

If you have any hearing changes, worsening ringing, headaches, weakness, or vomiting then you would need to be see as an emergency.

This is the system that causes increased heart rate and sweating in times of fear or stress as part of the "fight or flight" response.  Side effects can include all of the same symptoms.  It is safe to discontinue use if side effects are intolerable and you should contact your prescribing physician.
