Usually, if a person is having new contacts (HPV is usually caught via physical contact of the genitals or the mouth), the vaccine is a good idea. : I doubt you &amp; your wife are very susceptible to meningococcal infections like people in college,military,etc are. Both of you have most likely already have been exposed to HPV but the vaccine can still be administered.
