If you are forced to wait for a while, please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.

Gastritis: Yes definitely the ibuprofen can cause major inflammation of the stomach and maybe causing all your pain

i have abdominal pain for 2 days now it will only go away with ibuprofen but when the effect is gone it ces back again, the pain is on my lower left?

Many causes: Abdominal pain is quite frequent  in young individuals. The most common cause is constipation. Other times pain related to irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) treatment can be helpful. In female left lower quadrant pain can be related to ovarian cyst rupture. See physician if continues.

i've been taking 1200mg+ of ibuprofen a day for 2 weeks. i am experiencing nausea and abdominal pain. could it be due to the ibuprofen?

Certainly!: It must be considered as a likely factor.  You should talk to your pcp and try some h-2 blockers such  as ranitidine.  If you get relief, it is most likely that the Ibuprofen is causative, although what you are taking is 1/2 the fda max dose for arthritis!

Absolutely not: The major side effect of Ibuprofen is GI irritation (gastritis, ulcers, bleeds). Do not take it for GI issues.

there's no problem on blood and internal exams i took at gyn, but i have abdominal pain everyday. taking advil (ibuprofen) once/day. which dept. i should go next?

GI: See a gastroenterologist to evaluate the pain. It is possible that the daily advil (ibuprofen) is causing or making the pain worse.

why is 800mg ibuprofen not relieving my lower abdominal pain...only thing that's working is my 10mg ketalorac?

It depends: It depends on the etiology of your discomfort.  Ketorolac and Ibuprofen are two very closely related medications called "NSAIDS".  Many times, ketorolac works better for pain if it is taking intramuscularly or intravenously.  As always, certain people tolerate different medications better than others.  On a side note, vicodin can cause you to have adbominal bloating as described above.

i'm 46 yrs, female w/ diabetes. been having diarrhea daily for almost 4 weeks. feels like it's getting worse, can't keep food in, having back/abdominal pain & can't sleep w/o ibuprofen. how serious is this, should i wait to see my dr in 2 weeks?

: Could have diabetes induced gastric intestinal paresis. If losing weight or blood in stool I would ask to be seen earlier. Could be related to recent antibiotics.  If you have traveled outside US let Drs know.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. 10 days before your cycle PMS is not a likely cause

See ur Dr and get: A thorough exam and blood test. Your stomach pain could be a sign of stomach irritation from taking advil (ibuprofen).
