Yes: Treat the prolactinoma and the estrogen, testosterone level should go back to normal.  That is if the loss of libido is caused by the prolactinoma (or hormonal imbalances due to the prolactinoma) in the first place.  Often times, loss of libido is caused by many things so you have to look at everything (obesity, medications, stress, depression, thyroid, adrenals...) and not only the prolactinoma.

You need a Dx!: Depending on the causes treatments vary. Hormonal issues include elevated prolactin, a decreased thyroid function, or low testosterone (which must be checked mid-cycle). However, many issues may be psychological.  This must be sorted out.  In todays 2-working couple homes, women still typically do more household chores and are simply tired!

Cigarettes are harming your health so also ask doc about smoking cessation. Write down your meds, any alcohol/drug/tobacco (details)/caffeine use and current stresses.  You're young and deserve good health!

Yes: People have wildly varying sex drives.  It's not normal to use sex like a drug - to avoid life problems, to "numb" oneself to what has happened in the past or what is going on currently, etc.  If you are having sex responsibly (using protection, having sex with people who won't hurt you and whom you are not hurting, etc), or if you are not having sex but really want to, that's normal.
