I doubt you have the training to measure inter-pupillary distance and plot that on the appropriate chart to confirm that the eyes are set wide.Upper and lower limb proportions are also subjective.You may be right, but neither comment is specific to Turner syndrome.

By 19 years old, you have achieved most of your adult height.  You may grow aa very little bit more, but you cannot change your genetic height.  Your height is normal.

20 year old male, i've been waking up with fluid retention/swelling in my extremities. normal cbc, cmp. what could cause this? slight short of breath!

2. Make you look like and function like more normal, whenever you do not want to. 
3, limb stump skin discomfort, even brakes down. 
4. Requires you to have appropriate joint range of motion, which needs physical therapy and your effort to put in. 
5. You have more chance to fall than just sitting in wheel chair. 
6. Needs more energy to spend.
