Unlikely: If you did not have unprotected sex since the "two day period", it is unlikely that you are pregnant. You may wish to repeat the pregnancy test in a week, if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Nappies?: In this context one would think you are referring to sensitive nipples.  Is that the case?  Recovery of fertility after Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injections can take up to a year and can be accompanied by sensitivity and spotting.  One cannot be certain that you are not pregnant, however.  Consider having the blood test for pregnancy.

Exhale w/menses: Typically directions for home pregnancy tests state to use 4wks after last period, not on 1st day. Typically, one exhales when menses start flowing (assuming you don't want to get pregnant) since this implies you didn't get pregnant, although not infrequently, some women spot upon implantation while others bleed/spot regularly thruout pregnancy. If still worried, use hpt as directed 4wks after lmp.

See you MD: You may need a blood pregnancy test. There are many  different  reasons  for  missing a period.  Your md  will ask about your history. Age , medical conditions  like  thyroid disease and diabetes,  life stress, strenuous exercise, and eating disorders  are  a few things  which can affect the menses.  A blood pregnancy test may be considered.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Question unclear but: In a woman with regular periods, some causes of a late period include:  excessive weight loss or gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (like birth control pills), hormonal imbalances, etc…  Seeing a Dr. is a good idea if symptoms are persistent or recurring. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate by 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period.
